Your business grew. Your systems didn't.
Built on the platforms you already run
- Amazon
- Shopify
- Stripe
- QuickBooks
- Slack
- Google Sheets
- HubSpot
We build it. You own it.
You're scaling revenue. You're also scaling work.
Eventually, growth creates work faster than your team can absorb it. Hiring another person isn't always the answer. Sometimes the answer is a system that does the work.
Map
A working session on your real operation, then a written plan: what gets built, in what order, at a fixed price.
Build
Weekly demos of working software on your own data, deployed and tested in your own accounts.
Hand over
Your team learns it before we step back. Documented, in your repositories, and yours to keep.
Imagine your business checking itself.
Examples of the work a system like this takes on, every day, without being asked.
Inventory
Your best-selling SKU is heading for a stockout. You're told what to reorder, and by when.
Returns
Returns jump on one listing. The ASIN, the variation and the complaint behind it are found for you.
Advertising
A campaign is spending with nothing to show for it. You hear about it today, not in next week's report.
Suppliers
A purchase order is running late. The supplier gets a follow-up, and the reply is logged.
Finance
Sales, fees, ad spend and margin land in one view every morning. Nobody had to build the spreadsheet.
And when something needs your judgment, it asks you.
You stay in control. AI handles the watching and the repetitive work.

FAQ
Questions worth asking first
Who do you work with?
Established ecommerce and marketplace brands where manual process has become the constraint, and software teams that need someone who has operated the systems they are integrating with.
How does an engagement start?
With a call. If there is a fit, a short paid discovery produces a written blueprint with scope, sequence and cost. You own it and can build from it with anyone.
How long does a build take?
Most first engagements ship something usable in four to eight weeks. We aim for a working slice early rather than a complete system late.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything is delivered into your repositories and runs in your cloud accounts under your credentials, with documentation. No platform to stay subscribed to.
Do you work alongside in-house engineers?
Often. Internal teams know their systems best and are usually short on bandwidth or specific AI and marketplace API experience. We work with them and leave the knowledge behind.
What does it cost?
Discovery is a fixed fee. Builds are fixed-scope and fixed-price once the blueprint is agreed, so you never buy hours against an open-ended estimate.
Bring us the messy process. We'll figure out the system.
